My love for helping people grow and (re-) connect to their own resources goes beyond my job—it's who I am. My own journey to change started with a special meeting with a hypnotherapist. This moment changed my life and filled me with excitement, passion, and the endurance to become a skilled Analytical & Clinical Hypnotherapist, Coach NLP Counsellor, and Reiki Therapist. Combining my personal story with my professional education and skills, I've created a unique way of helping—we will work out a personal goal plan, just right for you. I am also influenced in my work, by my hobbies yoga, dance, and music, specifically singing and the creation of art as these bring with them very valuable elements I can use to assist you to connect with your body and step out of the energetic drain of releasing the things which don't serve you well any more. My goal is simple but deep: to help you move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling empowered, calm, and clear. I know all too well how scary anxiety and stress can be, and I'm here to light the way back to your natural courage and strength. I promise to truly listen to you, starting where you are, and help you move toward the life you dream of—a life filled with your unique passions and creativity, a life beyond what you thought was possible.
