Make your mind your ally and your best friend 🙂

A way out of feeling stuck in thought spirals.

ISSUE - feeling stuck (can be but must not be only related to anxiety)

Sometimes you might find yourself thinking about or feeling as if you are in a repetitive spiral because there is just this one thing that seems to show itself over and over again.

But it's not fully true what your mind might be telling you there.

And the reason why is, that we never cease to learn something new every single day.

Mindset exercise:

So instead of following your mind's thought spirals and taking on board the belief,  that you might be stuck, which can work out as an unintentionally self boycotting of your moving forward and your working towards your final release to be  leaving this experience behind, slightly tweak your thoughts to something like:

"Although it might look and feel like the same experience, although I might feel, hear and sense things in this today's experience which remind me of the past. Although it feels to me I am kind of stuck in a repetitive spiral, I can be sure of one thing. I am visiting each situation always with my knowledge and skills of today."

A short explanation of the benefit of doing this

Your subconscious will pick up on this self talk  and work with it, with your today's knowledge,  finding new solutions how to deal with things in new ways. The conscious will become more quiet the more you repeat this quick self talk.

Extra tip:
It is even better to find your own words because these are mine and they might not resonate fully with you.

Try it whenever you can (the more repetition the better and quicker the result of inner calm) and if you need help you know where to find me
