It is like the Daily Little Helper " staircase exercise"  I shared here with you.
 
💚 Same principle, same intention.
 
- Connect to what is going on inside

- accept that you need time to innerly regroup

-  consciously decide to do things slower for a while.
 
🧠  Even the conscious decision to just walk slower to your parked car, the bus, the shop breathing  deeply,  can already be enough to dial the stress level down.
 
🤩 The picture is a reminder, that we always can find peace in our connection to Nature.
